Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale yellow cardboard color-ed haziness with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, mango and some white grapes hop notes; light lemon hop tones underneath that then some clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet semi-juicy bitter to bittersweet tones; finishes leaning into some mango and pineapple hop notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue with a subtle nick or two of hop bitterness assertiveness; medium to low carb
Overall: not a bad NEPA, maybe I could return to.

Canned 9/7/22, drunk 9/26/22. Lightly cloudy lemon, small, white head with moderate-to-low retention. Sulfur/mineral nose with white wine and light honey-like malts. Clean yeast. Not hugely aromatic, and a lot of it is house character. But there's no resin or other weird simcoe stuff going on. Soft and better-textured than Canvas, with light, balanced bitterness and moderate honey maltiness. Reasonable depth to it with tighter carbonation. It's quite juicy and tropical, especially given the hop bill. I guess the Citra really shines here, thankfully. Soft and clean, balanced and malty.
