Brewery draught, 9/20/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-brass, little, white head. Pineapple, coconut, spicy mosaic-like character, though not scalliony. Sparse malt and heavily fruity yeast with no alcohol or resin. Lots of malt depth and flavor for its size. Unusual flavors with some mineral and light white wine from the Mo, but very strange spice, pineapple-coconut from the Talus. Not sure I'm too crazy about Talus, though at least it's different/interesting. Almost a touch of butter on the finish with bready, lightly honey-touched malts. Low bitterness though lingering perfume and spice.
