Dragon's Landing draught, 9/11/22. Minimal haze in a light brassy-blonde body with a small, white head of low retention. Soft and juicy hops show little acidity and no pine/grapefruit. Fruity yeast falls short of any bubble gum ester and malts are clean and clear, adding bread and honey. Good balance. Rather tame on the hops, but what's there is well-done with very light yellow fruit and mild tropical notes. Soft and lightly juicy, mostly quite malty, though with good attenuation. Clean, low bitterness, though still mostly ample. No resin, twang, alcohol or any pine whatsoever. No mosaic grossness. An easygoing, drinkable example that doesn't lean too far in to the NE classification, yet avoids any resinous/overly bitter hopping.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of bitter citrus with some light sweet grains and a hint of onion. Flavor has earthy citrus, light onion and a bit of sweet grains.
