Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a light transparency closer to the sides and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some subtle lace
Aroma: bitter lemony toned hops with some grassy to earthy noted with a little bit of lemongrass then some cracker-like malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a slight bitter to bittersweet taste; finishes bitter lemony with a slight malty note
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, some bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nice enough APA with Comet hops. I think I could come back to.

Canary Square draught, 8/27/22. Lightly-to-minimally hazy peachy-apricot. No head. Wow is this an IPA? Smells like cracker malt, sweat and maybe some nectarine skin or something, I don't know. Could be that the draught line is bad here, which is definitely a thing at Canary Square, but this is just wildly bland. Same for the flavor. Nutty, slightly oxidized, very low bitterness with light melon and simple sugar. Cracker and just a hint of vegetal and spice note from the hops. Hate to rate something so low from a potentially unclean draught line, but thats the name of this game, I suppose. Would try it again.

Decent enough with post hockey food.
