Introducing Water Lily: our seventh installment in our 2022 Flower Series. This pale ale is soft, pillowy, and showcases New Zealand's Riwaka hop known for its intense citrus and tropical passion fruit notes. This is the first time we've worked with Riwaka and it certainly won’t be the last!

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellowed cardboard haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: white grapes, peach, apricots and melons with a little bit of clean malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to sweet semi-juiciness; finishes mostly with the white grapes and apricots with a touch of juiciness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue with a nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nicely done NEPA well worth coming back to.

From a pint can. Pours a cloudy straw with a big off white head. Aromas of tangerine and melon. Flavors are luscious citrus with mild bitterness. Easy drinking. Very nice.

Draught at Tip Tap, 8/19/22. Heavily hazy/turbid bronze-brass. Small, dense, white head. Oh yeah, that's the brewery I love. Intense funk, mineral, light sulfur and white wine. Bit of chalkiness and cracker malt with fruity yeast. Soft, juicy, mineral-rich and white wine-like with supportive, dry, cracker malt and a chewy texture. Juicy and lovely hop notes for days.
