Foam draught, 8/13/22. Violet-magenta. Moderate haze. Pink head, good retention. Smells almost more raspberry like but must be very ripe red plum. Strong acidity, very fruity, bright, clean, authentic. Strong grain in support. Light lactic character. Soft and succulent. Very plummy, less acidic than expected from the nose. Skin tannin, drying finish with plentiful plum character. A real testament to the fruit here, with solid saison character behind. Good grain, malt depth and nothing weird going on. A (from my experience) rare hit from BB.
