Draught at Foam, 8/12/22. Shimmering pale, white gold with a lacey, white head. Beautiful cucumber, fresh, authentic, bright and snappy with a punch of lime on the very end. Low salinity and light acidity with soft wheat. Wheat-heavy, soft, light salinity and mild cucumber with an undercurrent of lime acidity. A lot going on in one sip for such a small beer. Despite the fresh cucumber, it's still well-gose-like with a refreshing finish and snappy botanicals. I like the low salinity.
