Brewery draught, 8/7/22. Chill-hazed, peachy-copper. Small, feeble head. Tropical fruits, sauv Blanc, dainty honey and cracker malt. Clean, no aggressive hopping. The pomace really complements without overpowering. Juicy and zesty fruit mixes wonderfully with gentle hop bitterness. No resin from the high alpha hops and no preponderance of nasty pineapple from the Sabro. Soft and malty texture with maris-like honey and great attenuation. No booze, resin, weird yeast.
