5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque, dark yellow-light brown, thin ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strongly dank—vague cat box—cracker. Taste is strong citrus, dank herbal/musty, biscuit/cracker. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, malty finish with light bitterness. Ok but not indicative of hop mix and more malt than hops so disappointing.

Undated can drunk 8/6/22. Heavily hazy/turbid orange juice with a large, well-retained, white head atop. Lovely juice and white wine/tropical fruit smells like a mix of citra and nelson. I see there's also Strata in here, which adds a touch of pineapple but otherwise not too intrusive. The Nelson is done really well, and there's sparse, crackery malt to balance without getting in the way, nor any weird yeast, booze or resin. Soft, juicy, quite dry with heavily unripe white peach, unripe tangerine and light white wine. As is, this is clean, flavorful, not resinous/piney or boozey, but just could use a touch more malt depth to balance out the dry, somewhat bitter hop character. For 7.3, just needs a bit more heft. Still, this is really well-made and well-attenuated. Best to err on the side of dry, for sure.

Pours hazy mango into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Summer stone fruit and mango aromas. Soft and dry with mango, fuzzy peach, pear and apricot. Lasting dusty pineapple rind and mango peel finish.
