Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Taproom draught, 8/6/22. Clear golden-brass. Small, white head of moderate retention. Very mild citrus, tea, sweat. Some corn or cereal-like notes from the grains. Very clean, very light in aroma. Certainly no juice but also no pine or resin. No booze. Yeast adds little, as well. Soft, light, though malty and not thin. More of a noble bitterness. Guess there wasn't much late hopping. Light everything yet not watery or weak. More like an IPL or some other moderately hoppy, clean lager. Very drinkable, if somewhat lacking in complexity.
