Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: medium bright blonde/yellow color with a slight cloudiness to it; two and a half fingers of white foamy head sat on top for a little bit then dissipated at a fairly slow pace to leave some light lace stringing itself about around the glass
Aroma: great mixed citrusy hop notes meshing with a nice even keeled clean biscuity and/or cracker malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes basically citrusy and malty clean
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness and nothing distracting from any possible hop bitterness
Overall: who said blonde ales can't be this good? Ha. Try this and we'll see what you think.

Canned 2/2/22, drunk 8/4/22. Didnt notice the date, this must have been sitting unseen for a while. Large, white head shows moderate-to-strong retention. Heavily hazy, orange juice-to-sunset. Either the date is wrong, I misread it, or something's up because this is fantastically juicily-hoppy for 6 months old. Big ol' juice bomb, but without the intense yeastiness, sugar or booze. Clean, cracker malts, no alcohol, resin or anything you don't want. Soft and malty, well-attenuated with a good depth and tons of juicy citrus. This is the Tilted Barn I fell in love with. Just a glass of hoppy citra goodness without any weird yeastiness, resin or overly sweet/sugary tones.
