Pour into my bergenbier glass is Slight has on pale. Nice foamy white head. Nose is somewhat like other farmouse brews I've sampled; mildly farmy with maybe a tad of grapefruit. First taste is better than other farmhouse saisons, its quite tart with hints of grapefruit. I must say, I've had good experiences when it comes to tart saisons from Jolly, and this is no exception. Quite enjoyable with good tartness, very little rude bitterness and a level of carbonation that makes this quite refreshing. You'd never know this was above 5%! About the same like ability as Jolly Bam & I O, Whiner Bleu Tub and Goose Island Halia.

3$ can from vintage.

Canned 6/3/22, drunk 7/25/22. Clear, pale-golden. Small, white head fading steadily to nothing. Nose is quite strong on the adjunct, yet it smells authentic and enjoyable, if somewhat dominant. That said, plenty of brett and lactic acid still emerges, especially after warming/breathing. Nothing sharp, sugary, artificial here and it's nice to taste a fruited sour with actually barrel aging for a change. Soft and malty in the mouth; great texture for its size with plentiful fruit and light ginger spiciness. Great balance of malt, barrel tannin and sourness - extremely refreshing stuff. They could dial down the adjunct a bit, I suppose, but it's still delicious for what it is, and plenty of Brett still lingers on the finish, with tons of Belgian yeast character, as well.

Pours gold with a white head and smells of ginger and citrus. The flavor is ginger heavy, oaky, and quite tart. To me the citrus comes off more as lemon than orange. Either way it's a very tasty beer.

Can. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funk and oak with light blood orange and a bit of ginger. Flavor is full of JP funk with some oak underlying, light fruits, ginger and a bit of flora.
