Brewery draught, 7/8/22. Looks the part...prickly pear juice, moderately hazy. No head. Enticing aroma of watermelon and cactus flesh and lemon. Good vegetal quality. Very authentic with low lactic acidity. Sweet, not ridiculously so given how sweet prickly pear juice is. Really interesting, complex melon notes with cactus flesh and an almost minty character on the end. Dryness and acidity on the finish aids the balance. Soft and malty. Pretty impressed with my first sour pipe. Been staying away but this one didn't have a ton of crap in it. Not going to confuse a kettle sour for a real one ever, but for a kettle, this is great.
