Brewery draught, 6/20/22. Lightly hazy (odd), deep bronze-honey. Little/no head. Flowers, sourdough, honey, juicy citrus even. Wow, this is a bold nose for a pils. Soft, malty, richly flavored with big bursts of citrus, flowers and dried herbs. Honey and sourdough linger with citrus and herb. Pretty intense for a pils, including a rather chewy texture, but still maintains a crisp, dry, hoppy and sourdough laden finish.
