Whiskers on Kittens

16 oz can from Paragon, 6/29/23. Hazy orange color, thin / fizzy head. Tart and fruity, with the apricot / peach coming through strongly. Wheat and salinity for sure as well. Tart. Pretty good.

Says 23124 on the bottom of the can, drunk 6/14/23. Hazy/cloudy apricot. Off-white head to ring immediately. Nose is absolutely lovely apricot. Light mineral, light lactic, biscuity malts. No alcohol or flaw. Soft, malty, well-attenuated with wheat softness/slickness. Not super tart and to that end it could use a bit more tartness and acidity to balance the thick wheat-like character and slick saltiness. The apricot is just phenomenal and really makes up a lot for the shortcomings of the acidity. Juicy, fruity, delicate, lightly acidic. Wouldn't hate some more oomph here from the malt, or even a touch of sweetness from the fruit. It's just so dry and light, though very refreshing and easy drinking as a result.
