Fermented in an american oak Foeder. Brewed with two row, wheat, and oats then fermented with our house hazy yeast. We hit this one with our favorite Citra and Simcoe, hop combo, throughout the brewing process. Vibrant citrus fruits, bright pineapple, touch of oak.

Aromas are tropical fruit, citrus, malt, with a bit of resin and a hint of MJ. Flavors are somewhat solution to nose with resin dominating. A little bit of yeast or hot burn in the finish. Good beer.

Can pour shared by Steve. Cloudy, bright yellow (pineapple juice) with decent head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, fruit, dank herb (slight cat piss), biscuit. Taste is strong citrus, fruit, pineapple, dank herb, grain. Moderately thick body, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Well made and flavorful elements but not sure I love how they blend.

Undated can drunk 6/8/23. Moderately hazy peach, small, white head, low retention. Weird, it's very tropical which neither of these hops produce. Must be the yeast combining w the citra? No bad Simcoe character, justild pine and strong orange. Lotta juice, clean, easygoing, no edge. Nutty, biscuity malt notes. Soft, good balance, good malt depth, nice attenuation. Fuzzy guava-orange. This is really unique and any edge has been taken off by the wood aging.
