Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow to pale orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: snappy citrusy hops over a light clean biscuity malt base
Flavor: leans to the sweet side through the prior noted aromas; finishes citrusy
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, even keeled of smoothness to bitterness on the tongue
Overall: good lager worthy of many pours again, would be a great grillside beer.
Gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Hay and grass flavor of hops. Light bodied and light carbonation

Canned 4/27, drunk 5/19/23. Clear, deep bronze-hay. Small, white head slowly to ring. Crisp clean yeast, moderate mineral with a bit of baked bread and herbal hops. Clean, malty, bright. Good malt texture, some grain, some soft honey, crisp, peppery hop for balance. Easygoing and very crushable, of course, without compromising the flavor.
