Row 34 draught, 5/18/23. Slight haze in this pale, lemony-golden beer. White head is small, modestly well-retained. Tart lactic notes with restrained coriander. Biscuity, honey tinged malts in support. Lotta mineral, clean, bright. Lactic, salty, pungent coriander with excellent spice and grass. Nutty, wheat-like, dry and chewy with a substantial texture. Lingering pleasant tartness. More coriander spice. Easygoing but assertive.

375 ml bottle from Half Time, 3/14/22. Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a bubbly white head and some streaky lacework. Herbaceous and bright, lemon zest, funk, and a bit of wood. Finishes dry and a little fizzy. This is excellent. Would drink it by the vat. I wish I had more.
