Named for the local Mountain and Falls, Kinsman IPA pours a bold and hazy yellow-orange hue with a white head. The aroma presents notes of apricot, citrus pith, and red berries. The taste leads with overripe mango, orange, and cantaloupe and finishes with a balanced dankness. A mellow bitterness, a bit of sweetness, and smooth mouthfeel make for an IPA that we are very excited to share.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-bright to burnt orange color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Arom: berries, citrusy hoppiness and mango hop qualities lead into a very nice blend with some clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet juiciness blends well through the prior noted aromas; mellow aftertaste of citrusy and berry hoppiness
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, semi-juicy smooth along tongue; finishes semi-crisp and juicy
Overall: a very enjoyable NEIPA I would love to have again

Hazy orange-gold pour with a medium ivory white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, melon and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, cantaloupe, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Cloudy orange gold color. Frothy white head leaves spotty lacing. Aromas of dank of tropical fruit, red berries, papaya and candied mango. Flavor is similar to aroma, only slightly more tangy. Tangerine, pineapple and lemon. Remarkably smooth and flavorful. A bit of apricot and weed on backend. A really solid IPA.

Hazy medium dingy orange body, medium cream head. Aroma is a mix of catty and floral notes, citrus, and sticky-sweet papaya. Interesting body, with tangy papaya, peach, orange peel and tang, floral notes, and hints of pine in the finish. Solid but not noteworthy.

Brewery draught, 5/17/23. Heavily hazy OJ. Small, white head to ring. Straightforward citra citrus juice and maybe galaxy? Some sprucey spice of that nature but not onion-based so doesn't seem mosaic. Rich, estery yeast with an oaty or wheaty thickness to the soft grist. Clean. Soft, malty, juicy, big citrus mango with galaxy-like spice including spruce and light cranberry. I bet this is citra galaxy Simcoe or citra galaxy. Soft, malty, well-attenuated. Sadly I hate hate hate this years galaxy crop. Just so much astringent spruce. But it's a soft, lovely, well-attenuated, not resinous beer.

Pours murky mango into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spotted sheets to sicken surface. Apricot, lemon joy and melon aromas. Soft with earthy mango, passion fruit and hot caramel front to back. Lasting earthy tuber finish.

Can (10/28/21) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width off white fluffy head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, apricot and pine. Taste follows aroma with strong citrus, evergreen, background vegetal/slightly herbal component and late slightly burnt biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp malt with lingering bitterness finish. Overall, a bit of a nod to old school IPA; good complexity and strength. A little over carbonated.

Can from the Wicked Good Butcha Hazy dark straw in color with a bubbly white head that persists. Tropical fruity citrus and pith with bits of sweet bread and light resin to round it out. Pretty nice brew.
