Pours bright golden with a thick fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast and iron. Taste has malt, yeast, some bready notes, hints of misc hops. Palate has a bit of hops, some lingering sweetness.

12 Perc draught, 4/30/23. Clean, bright golden. White head steadily to ring. Some fruity, lots of honey, light mineral. Touch of earth and waxy plastic. Low hopping, allowing malt/yeast to do the work. Soft, malty, on the sweeter side with white bread-like malt. Good bitterness on the end, but very little hop character, which is fine. Still getting that light wax-plastic though...kinda pushing it on the sweetness as it breathes and warms.
