Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention pancakes as it recedes leaving no lacing. Aspirin, brett and bandaid aromas. Crisp with tart band aid, aspirin and brett front to back. Dry medium length leather finish.

Can at Tewksbury, drunk 4/14/23. Slight chill haze, bartender poured the whole can in. Large whitehead steadily recedes to cover. Orangey-brass. Brett is lovely and well-developed. Not overdone it seems. Dainty with white bread, honey and cracker-like malts in support. Bit of band aid, lots of soft lime and guava. Well now I feel bad that I didn't try the other statelys. Strong, Orval-like brett with heavy lilac and soft lime. Hint of band aid and light, unripe tropical fruits. Well God damn, this unassuming item is just a beautiful Brett pale ale. Odd that they don't mention the Brett at all in the commercial description. Light bitterness on the finish with heavy cracker but yet enough softness. Lots and lots of good stuff going on for such a small beer.

Pours a slightly hazy, peach-lemon color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is saison-spice, some cracker, some fruit. Flavor has a mild tartness to it, along with the saison-pepperiness. Crisp mouthfeel.
