Taproom draught, 4/14/23. Clear blonde. Smattering of spotty white head. Cellar must, white pepper, lots of biscuity, crackery grain and light clove. Pretty uninteresting, more Americanized Belgian, it seems. Yeah. Cookie cutter American Belgian with clove, light bubble gum and pepper. The malt texture and attenuation are well-done but that's about all I can say as a positive. It is more bitter than flavored by the hops.
