Brewed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt, Hallertau Hersbrucker & Czech Saaz hops in the early stages of the process. For fermentation, we utilized a Bohemian lager yeast said to be from Carlsberg brewery in Copenhagen. The outcome, we feel, honors the Danish style of lager. A bit spicy, with herbal and floral notes and a backbone expressive of the Bohemian malt we used.

Can at home watching Celtics blow a huge lead. Gold pour and frothy head. Nose is herbal and floral. Tastes very herbal, yeasty, minerals, floral and peppery finish. Zippy and round palate. Quite enjoyed this.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving soapy lacing. Earthy meadow and mineral aromas. Medium bodied with hot mineral water, sweet straw and meadow front to back. Lasting noble hop finish. Nice.

Row 34 draught, 4/12/23. Clear golden-brass. Medium-to-smsll, frothy, white head of moderate-to-low retention. Spicy hops are clean and clear. Immediately creating a bright, inviting nose. Spring water, cracker malts and a touch of dainty honey-like malt in support. Clean. Tons of herbal, floral, potpourri spice-like hops. Clean, well-attenuated, substantial malts showing white bread and biscuit. Balanced and very drinkable with a lingering spicy, herbal hop character. The hops somewhat overshadow the yeast but you get a bit of must, wax and mineral, so that's interesting.
