Light amber colored English ale with a light fruity floral aroma. This ESB is extra special with the addition of juniper berries at the end of boil which impart light piney and citrus flavors. The piney notes complement the spicy aromatic hops that balance this English style ale.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Clear amber, large, dark beige head, moderate retention. Soft and fruity, hard mineral with cherry and strawberry and an herbal and floral hop afterthought. Light sourdough. Malty and well-attenuated, clean and bready with red fruits and herbal hops. Well-done take maybe lacking a bit of personality.
