This beautiful Pilsner Style Bier is bright pale straw colored with light white head. Aromas of sweet bread and malt with slight spiciness from the hops flow from the glass. Crisp and thirst quenching with a medium to light body with flavors of cracker and sweet malt are balanced by soft spicy and floral notes derived from the Czech Saaz hops.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Clear, bright brass. Small, white head, low retention. Clean, crisp, mm malty nose with fresh, spicy, herbal Saaz in the nose balancing nicely. Biscuit, honey, light mineral and yeast on the finish. Soft and malty with excellent attenuation and depth. Rich honey, baguette and spicy, delightful Saaz hops adding plentiful herbal notes but not too much bitterness. Clean. Wow, first beer from here and damn!
