Rozzie draught, 3/3/23. Clearish maroon-burgundy. Small, tan head to ring. Lactose with lots of sugar giving a vanilla custard and Portuguese egg dessert thing sorta feel. Coffee, light vanilla bean, liquor. Soft and malty, very sweet. Tons of vanilla, decent acidity. For all the sweetness it's got balancing bitterness from roast and vanilla and coffee. Hard to drink a 5oz pour of this but it's ok, I guess. Not boozey. Lotta espresso lingering.

Pours a deep, dark, cola-black, with massive tan head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of chocolate, maple syrup, walnuts, vanilla. Flavor is very sweet, with chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla. Mouthfeel is full and soft and smooth. Excellent dessert stout.
