🎧🎸🌟

Last Golden Harmony is a New England IPA brewed with a unique blend of Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Moutere, Citra Incognito and Michigan Centennial hops. Featuring a complex aroma that features a juicyfruit medley of peach, apricot, mango, and papaya, LGH is is rich and smooth, yet finishes with just the right orange pith bite.

Brewery draught, 3/2/23. Heavily to turbid hazy, bright orange juice. Medium-sized, off-white head showing moderate-to-strong retention. Big citra-like nose with soft juice and big fruity esters. Typical honey-whitebread-biscuit malt character balances easily. Some spicy chicken undercurrents. Petrol, spice, green woodsy notes, earth. Thins out severely through the middle leading to a blandish finish. Malt texture is light, with no substance. I know this ghas been on for a while and I guess it's just kept on fermenting. Definitely overly dry at this point. Very earthy...and some diacetyl emerging with warming.
