750mL bottled 12/22/20202, drunk 2/24/23. Clear, deep bronze, staunch, off-white head. Sort of sharp, kind of acetic or even other bacteria that aren't desirable. Honeyish, rich, deep malts, with moderate oak and vanilla. Soft, rich, malty, succulent, lots of honey, light lactic and acetic acidity. Not the best expression of a gueuze, but then, WAY better than 99 percent of American examples and it's not sharp or overly acetic. I think OEC has come a long way on these beers. This was certainly enjoyable and richly drinkable.

Tap at Owl Farm, New York. Color is clear light orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some dry fruits, salt and malts. Pretty simple, salty and hard to drink. Confusing.
