Brewery draught, 1/30/23. Clear, light blonde with some deeper brass. Small, white head. Nose has a nice mix of apple sugar, cider fermentation (pepper, Brett notes of light band aid, and vanilla). Clean, low lactic character. Soft, malty, juicy, fairly sweet and perhaps a bit heavy-handed on the apple addition, but it's clean and flavorful and almost balanced by lactic acid it and tartness.
