Brewery draught, 1/20/23. Murky deep bronze-brass, no head. Gross lactose vies with tasteful apricot. Lots of pastry flour-like character. Clean enough other than the nast lactose. Sweet, very much so but with a juicy apricot throughout that also provides tartness. Lactose isn't too obtrusive. That apricotvis phenomenal. Imagine using it in a real barrel aged sour...

Pours a hazy, orange-peach color, with minimal head. Aroma of sour apricot and some cinnamon. Flavor is sour apricot, marshmallow, and cinnamon. The lactose helps to balance things to this isn't super sour--just lightly tart. Really nice flavor, actually.
