Brewery draught, 1/18/23. Lightly hazy, bronze-amber. No head. All promised is delivered. Clear lactose, carrot cake spice and carrot in the nose, though with the carrot pretty minimal. Clean, no alcohol, with soft malt. Sweet lactose and tasteful spicing balance sweet malt. Some earth and floral notes with light carrot lingering alongside spice. Pretty balanced while obviously being on the sweeter side to provide the carrot cake. Maybe a little less lactose and somehow even more carrot would give more carrot impression. Despite all it seems they added, it's still very light on the carrot. I don't think I would find it in a blind tasting....
