Brewery draught, 1/18/23. Heavily hazy, light amber-bronze, small, fluffy, off-white head, strong retention when swirled up. Juicy, citrusy, passion fruity Galaxy with somehow no pine at all. Or more importantly, no harsh pine resin. Bit of sweat, earth and funk. Not as explosive as the OG Galaxy but this is VERY nice, especially given how awful almost all other Galaxy has been this year. Sparse malts, cracker and bread with maybe some nuttiness from rye. No alcohol or flaw. Soft, fluffy-carbonated, expansive texture with malt and more grapefruit than expected. Juicy, light tropical fruits and lots of citrus and light spruce. Doesn't go the passion fruit and white wine direction expected, but still balanced and deliciously hoppy and bitter with no gross resin or chalky/pithy hop. Great attenuation, clean.
