Bottle at EsBF09 as Hr. Skovs Vinter. Mild cookie spice aroma. Cloudy dark red brown colour. The flavour is mildly roasted, slightly creamy. Low to medium bitterness. Hint of cookie spice, but well-balanced.

Bottled. A cloudy dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruits combined with medium notes of caramel and spices as well as just a hint of acidity. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruit plus prunes and spices with a caramel note in the back ground, as well as a slight acidity hitting the tip of the tongue very late. Is the acidity a slight infection? in a 6.5% beer?

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Hazy, amber golden with a beige head. Aroma of fruit and caramel. Medium body with notes of exotic fruit and perhaps also a little coconut. There’s a vague underlying acidity all the way through making me believe that this is slightly infected. 281207

50 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours hazy orange with a dense white head. Mild sweet malty and slight spice note in the aroma. Flavour is slight citric with a solid bitterness and a vague malt base. Citric towards esteric finish.
