West Coast DIPA brewed with a bunch of classic hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo. Hot hopped with Columbus and Simcoe looking for that bitter taste of the Californian IPAs of the early 2000s....Pine, Resin and Grapefruit to the brim!! Dry, bitter but round.

Can shared at tasting with friends. Clear orange color, medium sized white thick white head. Aroma is malts, a bit dusty, old, mold. Flavor is similar. Meh. Maybe old? Not good in any case imo. Super bitter which is good but overall mwah.

44cl can, BB 05/12/2025, lot# 994.
Léger ambre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est d'emblée marqué par un bouquet 'yaourt off', effet de la levure? le tout repris par après par de fins effluves houblonnés de pamplemousse - purée d'abricot, nectarine et pêche.
Palais est plutôt sec herbacé, petite touche de yaourt à la fraise - herbacé sec perdure tout au long. Le tout reste cependant très sur les malts - caramel pâle, ambre avce une petite note de pin et pamplemousse en fin de bouche. Finement épicé, mais ce côté 'off' yaourt revient à la charge.
