Bottle from Bison Beers. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, banana candy, honey, cloves, white bread, cereal, nougat, spice, chamomile and straw. The taste is firmly dry, spicy, peppery, earth, straw, chamomile cereal, light banana, clove, honey, booze, slight medicinal vibe, touch of pear and apple pie with a dry, warming finish. Medium and fine carbonation. Rather interesting stuff, but I’m not quite sure the balance is there. Good fun anyhow.
