Tap at Sidedoor. Slightly hazy yellow-tan body. Grainy, earthy body. More American macro taste than German. Not that impressive, but sessionable enough. Thin, medium body. Not much going on.

16 oz draft pils glass at Bier Station in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with a white foamy head. The aroma is bread along with soft earthy Saaz hop. The taste is a nice balance between the bread malt and the Saaz hop crispness, though taste gets a bit watery as it warms. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a slight mineral finish.
