Bottle shared in Canaan. Cheers to Rick. Pours lightly hazed red-gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with modest acidity, berries, a nip of pale wood. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, more tart berries. Tasty.

Tap at EBF2019, Boston. Color is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, sourness... great fresh berries.

Tap at Brasserie V. Very interesting beer. The sour tones have a lot of depth. Familiar sour kombucha tones. Bright berry. Pleasant lemony vinegar sourness. Good.
