Can, at Bryggerifestivalen. Shared by Rune. A black beer topped by a dense off-white head. The aroma has roasted malts, caramel sauce, chocolate, coffee and some booze and oak. Well hidden alcohol. It's full-bodied and super smooth, lightly warming and with a touch of bitterness. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma, but with more alcohol presence and lots of dark chocolate. Still room for caramel sayce, coffee and roasted malts though. And some booze and oak. Lasting finish. Quite delicious this one. 2408278

Poured from a can at Bryggerifestivalen 2024, shared with yngwie. A low, off-white head on top of a black body, dotted spots on the glassware. Inviting on the nose with roasted chocolate malts, carefully spiced. Well balances taste of roasted chocolate malts, oak, and spices. Long-lived finish warming down the swallow with smooth chocolate malts. Full bodied. Enjoying, sipper qualities. No wonder that Vanaheim sold out on the festival.(Trondheim, 01.08.2024).

Sort med brunt skum som legger seg rundt kanten. Aroma røsted malt vanilje wiskey eik kanel. Smak røsted malt alkohol fatpreg wiskey kanel vanilje. Kraftig, smaken siger på, først malt og alkohol, så wiskey og eikefatpreg, så kanel og vanilje i ettersmak

Sort med brun topp som forsvinner raskt og blir liggende rundt kanten. Aroma; whisky, malt, kanel, sirup, vanilje, eik. Smak; Sjokolade, mørk karamell, sirup, malt, whisky, vanilje og kanel kommer i ettersmak. Myk munnfølelse. Middels fyldig. Søtlig, sterk alkohol smak. Varig ettersmak. Delt med Leif.
