Draft at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours pale gold with fine white foam, persistent. Aroma is slightly citrusy, grassy. Body is average, kind of on the light side. Taste is limited in sweetness, with moderate bitterness and some perceivable sour. Finish is kind of short.
