The first of this series is a Raspberry & Peach Berliner Weisse mimicking the classic Bellini cocktail. It has a delicate and clean body, a beautiful peachy pink/orange colour from the fruit additions, bright carbonation and a refreshing sour tang.

330ml can. Cloudy, reddish golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Tart-ish, lactic, slightly salty spicy aroma, hints of sauerkraut, cautious, sherbet-like raspberry overtones. Taste is initially tart, fruity, slightly lactic and fruit acidic, tangy, notes of raspberry, later notes of peach come in, thereby adding subtle sweetness, eventually the finish is almost peach dominated; lively, prickling carbonation. Quite refreshing, slight sherbet character.

Tap at Craft Room / Opatovina Fest. Misty amber body with a white head. Lactic acid and raspberry in the aroma. The taste is a light, elegant mix of raspberry and peach (surprise surprise), clean and light with a tiny touch of bitterness. Fantastic summer drink really. Bonus points for being there on a steaming hot Zagreb afternoon.

Can shared in London - thanks to Dave. Pours clear orange with a creamy, white head. The nose has tart berries, citric notes. Light sweet flavour with some corn, more tangy, dried berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more cereal, berries, light acidity. Not bad.
