First in a series of berliner weisse beers with different fruits for each batch. In this one, we used some locally grown rhubarb, a hint of raspberry lactose culture milk together with Saaz and Safale US-05 hops to enhance the great taste of arctic rhubarb in the berliner style sour ale.
