Clear, pale golden. No head.
Fruity, light tart, mellow Brett and biscuity wheat with a bit of lactic in there too. Clean and aromatic.
Chewy wheat, lots of lactic character and a touch of powdered sugar. Not very much classic Brett character in flavor. But there's a good texture and attenuation.
