Second, we brewed Roam DIPA with our pals from @nanocinco out of Quebec City, who are brewing some of the best New England IPAs in La Belle Province. We dry-hopped this beer with hand-selected Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Southern Cross, and Anchovy hops. The resulting beer has a unique flavour profile, with notes of candied watermelon and mango, and a touch of pine and spice in the finish.

5oz pour at Stillwell. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Tons of pine and citrus on the nose. Flavour has citrus and mango dominating, malts are definitely erring on the cloying side of things. Probably could use more hops to dial in the sweetness. Needs work.
