This is a blend of a barrel-aged mixed fermentation Grisette and a young Grisette, macerated with 250 g/L of white peaches. The resulting beer is fresh and thirst-quenching yet complex, with bright notes of juicy peaches. One of my favorite expression of fruit in our beers to this day !

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Peach, barnyard and leathery funk. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, wheat, peach, wood, tannins, subtle funk, bit minerally. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice one!
