Brewery draught, 10/7/23. Maybe a hint of chill haze, unfortunately. Burnt sienna with a dark beige head showing good retention. Pretty mild nose shows caramel and light raisin as promised. Clean with toasted brown bread and some snappy yeast on the finish adding a touch of light iron. Clean, surprisingly dry, malty, toasty. Some floral hops with a touch of red grape and strawberry. Lingering toffee, white bread and vanilla. Mild bitterness. A bit light for its size, honestly. I appreciate the dryness, but it's leaning more towards a dunkel than a bock. Prefer a little more oomph.
