A blend of 2 stout batches aged for 18 – 24 months in Maple Syrup and Heaven Hill barrels. Creamy, thick and pleasantly sweet, our take on a classic Christmas beverage which features bourbon, cinnamon and vanilla with whispers of nutmeg and maple syrup. It’s like a melted vanilla ice cream with Christmas spices.

Small light brown fizzy shortlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, bark, tar, bourbon, oak, cough syrup, minerals, tobacco, burnt sugar, licorice, spices, dark malts. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, dark malts, bourbon, oak, cough syrup, cinnamon, tobacco, tar, licorice, toasted maple syrup, toast. Medium to longlasting bitterness, sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
