A blend of 2 stout batches aged for 18 – 24 months in Maple Syrup and Heaven Hill barrels. Creamy, thick and pleasantly sweet, our take on a classic Christmas beverage which features bourbon, cinnamon and vanilla with whispers of nutmeg and maple syrup. It’s like a melted vanilla ice cream with Christmas spices.

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet with few people. Blackish coloured, minimal brownish head, chocolate and mild caramel nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, light spicy and touch of vanilla with some alcohol in the finish.
0,75 litre bottle, from Vinmonopolet Lillehammer, shared with family at a Christmas party! Dark brown with little head. Roasted malts, coffee, bourbon, spices, cinnamon, wood, a bit rough.

0.75l bottle, shared by Sandi himself! Very dark brown body, no head. perfumey, spicy, caramelly aroma, smooth, vague eggnog vibes. Lean, dry taste, bit yeasty somehow, simple, smooth caramelly notes, light vanilla, low barrel, bit toasty, well hidden alcohol. Good enough!

0.75 l bottle opened at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb, thanks to Fandich. Oily dark brown. Minimal head. Aroma is chocolate candy syrup. Slick, thick and oily. Strong, but alcohol hidden. Chestnut flavour, nutty, soft vanilla touch.

Bottle, 75cl. A dark brown to black beer with more or less no head. Oily. It’s roasted and lightly burnt on the nose, with booze, oak, brown sugar, spiced notes and a woody, oaked, foresty touch. It’s full-bodied and warming, softly carbonated and quite oily, with brown sugar. Roasted malts, coffee and burnt malt notes, dark chocolate and a spiced note. Oak, maple syrup hints and alcohol. Lasting finish. Quite delicious this one. Complex. 241129
