This mango-infused pale ale begins with a subtle tropical aroma of passion fruit and mango. Golden-copper in color, it has a light body, slight hop bitterness, and malty sweetness, and finishes with a kiss of mango.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Trader Joe’s, good price (until I drank it) clear orange color, spirited carbonation. Aroma shows mango, nothing more.
Flavor is only mango. I get very little if any malt and no hops at all. Just the slightest bitterness. The brew was only slightly chilled and I couldn’t pick up any other flavor then mango. And the carbonation was a tad high giving it a spritzy / fizzy mouthfeel. Not good at all. Almost to me like a mango soda. I actually thought this would be better. Swing and a miss.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving soapy lacing. Mango aromas. Soft with sourdough, caramel and mango upfront turning medicinal bitter mango skin in the lasting finish.

37.5CL bottle, enjoyed at fridge temp. Golden orange. Smells really good. Loads of tropical fruits, mango is certainly present but is it real mango or just flavored/ Gentle carbonation, very little overall flavor .lots of mango, but it has to be some fake flavored variety.

Enjoy date of 07/15/16.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy pale golden yellow color with a decent transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a rocky finger and a half’s worth of foamy white head that quickly dissipates. Messy lacing roams all around.
The smell takes in some mango sweetness, subtle crisp, super delicate extra tropical flavor. Slight bitter pine to try and balance.
The taste was pretty balanced, more so than I’d expect. Mango sweetness definitely weaves between the bitter pine. Dry rind-like aftertaste and quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body to make a great sessionable feel to it. Carbonation rides fairly low to enliven slight bitterness from the rind to be some of the harshness hitting the tongue.
Overall, as a Summer seasonal American pale ale, I see nothing wrong with this. Just too cold outside right now for me to want more of this right now.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is light mango, medium/light body, light carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is mango with balancing herbal hops.

Count me as a fruited ipa detractor although like a trashy comedy film I can enjoy in moment but don’t really seek out or think about after. Orange beer. Nose is all mango juice. Tastes of mostly mango, some hay, lemons, and faint hop bitters. Pleasant enough but not my thang
