Bottle at home. Aroma is hoppy, menthol, herbal, floral, tropical fruits, grass, orange. Flavour is nicely bitter. Medium bodied. Interesting experience, drinking this Polaris single hop. Does indeed have a fruity and menthol aroma. Good bitter flavour.

Very cloudy beer, amber colored. Nice head with very slow retention. Very herbal aroma, some citruses. Pine tree hints. Moderate to high bitterness. Quite dry, but has a little dose of sweetness. Oily and sticky in mouth, medium carbonated. Very original beer.

II Krakowski Festiwal Piwa. A bit hazy golden beer with an offwhite head. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Hoppy, fruity, citrus and pine flavour. Bitter finish.

Butelka 0.5l (04.08.2015). Piwo lekko zmętnione o ciemnozłotej barwie, białej, gęstej pianie ładnie podkreślającej piwo i zdobiącej szkło. Aromat słodkawy, owocowy, świeży z delikatną nutką kwiatową w tle. Goryczka wyraźna, średnia do wysokiej, chmielowa o charakterze żywiczno-ziołowym, minimalnie garbnikowa, lekko zalegająca na końcu języka, skontrowana słodkawym posmakiem. Piwo przyjemnie orzeźwiające, lekko wytrawne, pijalne, z subtelnym chłodzeniem na języku ale to może być też autosugestywne odczucie.
