Whisky Stout - A cask stout with White Oak wood staves added. These staves have been soaked for 48hrs in award winning Scotch, before being added directly to the firkin. This then allows the flavours to infuse into the stout.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Gloucester Brewhouse and Kitchen on 20th December 2024. Dark mahogany body, beige topping. Nutty, earthy, woody and a slight whiskey leaning. Liked it!
